Cheryl Miller was retired from Cooper Tire
Cheryl A. Miller, 71, died March 8, 2021, at Mercy Health - St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima. Cheryl was born Aug. 14, 1949, in Bluffton to the late David and Bernice (Scott) Slane. On June 30, 1968, she married Dale A. Miller and he survives.
Cheryl graduated from Lafayette-Jackson High School, obtained her associate's degree from Owens Technical College and a bachelor's degree from the University of Findlay.
She retired from Cooper Tire in Findlay where she did data entry. Cheryl was a member of New Life Assembly of God in Findlay where she was active in the youth ministry. She was a member of the Red Hat's Society. Cheryl enjoyed traveling, shopping, jewelry and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Dale A. Miller of Bluffton; three children, April Miller of Findlay, Stanley (Guidege) Miller of Rawson, Courtney (Ben) Dutcher of Findlay; six grandchildren, Jade, Emmanuel, Elijah, Luc, Makenzie and Cole and two brothers, Terry (Carol) Slane and Kevin (Jeanne Botkin) Slane both of Lima.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, March 12, at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Bluffton. Pastor David Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Clymer Cemetery following the service. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to charity of the donor's choice.
