Friends of the Library invite new members
The Friends of the Bluffton Public Library will hold its annual membership meeting at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 28, at the library, 145 S. Main. Dues paying members of the Friends are able to vote on items such as officers for the coming year and new terms of Board members.
There are openings on the Friends board. Anyone who loves the library is invited to consider serving on the board. "We are particularly interested in persons who have some social media experience to help with our Facebook page," said Deb Beer, current Friends Board president.
Interested persons may stop at the Library front desk. The library staff will help them contact a current board member.
