Lena Bauman was born in Gilboa
Lena Marie Bauman, 95, of Fort Wayne, passed away, Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at her residence. Lena was born to the late Alva and Marcine (Ulrich) Ball, on April 24, 1926, in Gilboa, Ohio.
She was married to the late John Frederick Bauman. Mrs. Bauman loved being with her family, making quilts, growing flowers indoor and outside, and visiting with anyone. To her strangers were just friends she had not yet met.
She is survived by son, Terrence (Jane) McDougle and their children, Heather, Jason, Emma, Jennifer and Jeremiah; son, Timothy (Alice) Bauman and their children, Travis and Michele; son, Thomas C. Bauman and his children, Ellen, Josh and Errion; great-grandchildren, Kaiden, Corbin, Izzy, Dylan, Oliver, David, Elijah, Justis, Zachary and Joshua.
Funeral Services were held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 1 PM at C.M. Sloan and Son’s Funeral Home, 1327 North Wells Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46808.
