Bluffton University’s Chamber Ensembles will perform a fall concert at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 14 in Yoder Recital Hall.

Under the direction of Dr. Roy Couch, the Brass Ensemble will perform music transcribed from the 16th century by Giovanni Gabrieli and Orlando Gibbons, a brass version of “Abendlied” by Josef Rheinberger and arrangements of familiar folk songs.

The Woodwind Ensemble will feature a recorder consort consisting of sopranino, soprano, alto, tenor and bass recorders and will perform music of the Renaissance. Directed by Dr. Andrew Liebermann, they will present works by Michael Praetorius and William Byrd.
