BFR exercise class schedule announced

Make a resolution to exercise more? Bluffton Family Recreation director Amy Byers announced the following schedule of group exercise classes.

Registration is by phone at 419-358-4150 and online at www.bfronline.com. Child care is available by reservation only: 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 5:30-8:00 p.m.

For the uninitiated, TRX is a suspension training class that develops strength and flexibility. HIIT is high intensity interval training.

Monday:

Tour de TRX 5am - 6:30am

All-Star Aerobics 8:30am - 9:30am

Fit Over 50 9:45am - 10:45am

TRX 12:15pm - 12:45pm

Cycling 6pm - 7pm

Tuesday:

HIIT 5:30am - 6:30am

TRX 8:30am - 9:30am

Cycling 12:15pm - 12:45pm

Cardio Kickboxing 7pm - 8pm

Weightlifting 101 7pm - 8pm

Wednesday:

Tour de TRX 5am - 6:30am

Balance & Stretching 7:45am - 8:15am
