Bluffton Elementary Kindergarten Screening 2022-23
Kindergarten Screening for the Bluffton Exempted Village Schools is scheduled to take place on Thursday, April 21 and Friday, April 22.
If your child will be entering kindergarten in Fall 2022, you will need to fill out the form linked HERE to provide necessary information for the incoming student.
If you have any questions please contact the office at 419-358-7951 or email Mrs. Marquart at [email protected] or Mr. Thiel at [email protected].
New this year: Bluffton Exempted Village Schools is moving to online registration. Filling out the above form provides the information needed to register your child for screening but does not register your child for school, that will be done online through FinalForms later this school year.
At that time, the following documentation will be required:
1) Child's Birth Certificate. This must be the certificate issued by the County Health Department. Hospital Record of Birth is not acceptable.
2) Current Immunization Record.
3) Any court documents that pertain to the child. This includes custody paperwork, Adoption documents, etc.
4) If this is an Open Enrollment registration, the additional Open Enrollment paperwork must also be completed and returned to the Superintendent's office. This registration, along with the Kindergarten Screening, does not guarantee Open Enrollment acceptance.
