Snow Emergency announcements
With snowfall forecasts of 8-12" and potential blizzard conditions in our area on February 3-4, the Icon will post annoucements such as travel advisories and business and school closings.

- Allen County Sheriff - Advisory cancelled 3:15 p.m., Feb. 4
- Bluffton Police Department - Emergency declared
- Bluffton Public Library - Closed February 4
- Bluffton Schools - Closed February 4
- Hancock Co. Sheriff advisory - Level 1 (updated 2:30 p.m. Feb. 4)

Bluffton Police Department
- Snow Emergency declared. Please move all vehicles off of the roadways. If no off-street parking is available please move vehicles to the odd numbered side of street on odd calendar days (Feb 3=odd starting midnight tonight) and on even days move to even numbered side of street (back to even side on Friday).
For vehicles in cul-de sacs please make every effort to park in driveways or off of the roadway until streets are cleared.
Vehicles in Village owned public lots must be moved every 24 hours. This parking will remain in effect until the emergency is cancelled.
BUSINESS CLOSINGS
- State Farm office closed Thursday and Friday, Feb. 3-4. Call 419-358-7781; staff is working remotely.
