Lenten schedule at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church
Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 301 North Main Street, Jenera, will observe the Lenten season with a special mid-week service each week until Holy Week, beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 2.
The theme is "The Crucial Hours" and studies phrases and moments from Jesus' suffering, death and victory that demonstrate the completeness of His saving work and the depth of His love for us.
On March 2, Pastor Matt Nowak will preach on "They Bound Him" from John 18:12. Special music will be by Trinity school's students in grades 3-8 singing "The Holy Lamb of God." A taco meal will be served beginning at 5:30 PM by the students in grades 5-6 and their parents. Dinner music will be provided by the students playing dulcimers.
Everyone is welcome to attend the meal and the service. The church is handicapped accessible. More information and live streaming of the service as well as archived services can be found at tlcjenera.org.
