With power restored following severe storms that occurred after Monday night's meet, the Bluffton Sardines hosted the Van Wert YMCA Marlins in Western Ohio Aquatics League (WOAL) competition on Thursday, June 16.

The Sardines won the combined event with a score of 929-199 and won the boys and girls meets.

Top Bluffton swimmers with four first place finishes in individual competition were Roman Shank, Camden Verb and Riley Verb. Swimmers with three first place finishes were Madelyn Agner, Ethan Roby and Madelyn Sterret.

The Sardines won 16 relay events. A full listing of event results with Bluffton first place finishes highlighted in yellow is attached.

Bluffton is scheduled to host its next home meet on June 30.
