LIMA⎯Michael A. Pierce, age 64, passed away the evening of August 2, 2022, with family by his side.
Michael was born July 24, 1958 in Lima, OH, to Harold and Martha (Wendelken) Pierce who both preceded him in death.
Michael proudly served in the United States Navy for 6 years. He was employed by SumiRiko Ohio (formerly DTR) for 17 years. He leaves behind a great group of friends and co-workers.
He is survived by three brothers, John Pierce of Reynolds, OH, David Pierce of Lima, OH and Martin (Patty) Pierce of Lima, OH; two sisters, Karen (Gary) Lee of Wapakoneta, OH and Sue Myers of Fort Wayne, IN; five nieces and several great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by an infant sister, Teresa Pierce and brother-in-law, Craig Myers.
Private services will be held at a later date.
