DIY NATURE - CONSTELLATION PICTURES

On Tues., Dec. 13 at 7:00 p.m., the Johnny Appleseed Metro Park District will offer DIY Nature - Constellation Pictures at the McElroy Environmental Education Center, 2355 Ada Rd., Lima.
The invitation: “Learn about the constellations in the night sky and the stories that are behind them. We’ll then create a constellation picture that can light up and take it home. No need to dress for the weather, we’ll be indoors for the entire program.”

EDUCATION ANIMALS OPEN HOUSE
From 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 18, the Johnny Appleseed Metropolitan Park District will be hosting an Open House at the McElroy Environmental Education Center, 2355 Ada Rd., Lima.
Organizers have issued this invitation: “Join us in celebrating a tremendous partnership with Dot’s Pet Center as we officially reveal new displays for our education animals! Experience the McElroy Environmental Education Center as you have never seen it before – animals, displays, activities, and more! Come anytime between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m., no registration required.”
