Citizens National Bank (CNB) has named Kristen Yost Branch Operations Manager of their Bluffton office. In this position, Kristen is responsible for branch oversight, including daily operations, sales and financial performance.

Kristen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Communications from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has worked at Citizens National Bank since 2021 as a Customer Service Representative, having worked in customer service positions for several years prior to that. 

Kristen volunteers with Youth for Christ’s Jr. High Campus Life in Bluffton and is a life-long resident of Bluffton. “I am excited to take on this new challenge and build better relationships with the Bluffton customers going forward in my new role,” says Kristen.

With offices in Bluffton, Celina, Defiance, Elida, Findlay, Lima, Springfield, Van Wert and Toledo, Citizens National Bank has assets totaling more than $970 million and has been serving the communities of West Central Ohio since 1920.
