UPDATED Sheila M. Hurlburt funeral arrangements

Sheila M. Hurlburt, 88, passed away February 15, 2023, at the Mennonite Memorial Home in Bluffton.
Sheila was born June 6, 1934 in Bluffton, to Lewis and Clara (Hinkle) Burkholder who preceded her in death. She married George Hurlburt who preceded her in death on July 7, 2000.
Sheila was an active member of the Bluffton Presbyterian Church and the Senior Citizens Center. She was a kind woman who deeply cared about the Lord.
She is survived by a brother, Jim (Carol) Burkholder of Lakeview, OH; sister, Edna (Carroll) Gossard of Findlay, and a grandson, Tim O'Dell of Elida.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Greg O'Dell; grandson, Shawn O'Dell; and siblings, Lew Burkholder, Don Burkholder, William Burkholder, Louise Reichenbach, and Karen Deerhake,
Services will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services-Bluffton with Pastor David Good to officiate the service. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery following the service. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 22, 2023, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita's Hospice.
