Cline named HCAC Golfer of the Week
Bluffton University sophomore Kiley Cline (Fostoria/Hopewell Louden) is the Heartland Conference Player of the Week for the second straight week and the third time this season! It also marks the fourth Player of the Week honor for the Bluffton women in 2022-23.
Cline claimed the silver medal with her best-ever round at Bluffton, a four-over 76 on Sunday at the Bluffton Spring Invite. It is also the 2nd-lowest 18-hole score in Bluffton history!
While trying to play golf on Saturday turned out to be an April Fools Joke, the Beavers had their ducks in a row at Hidden Creek on Sunday. Bluffton took 3rd with a school-record 327, breaking the previous mark by two strokes!
The Bluffton women will jump back into action on Friday, April 7, when they make the short trip to Colonial Golf Club outside Lima for the ONU Invite.
