ADA--The Bluffton High School track and field teams competed well at the annual 16-team Ada Invitational meet on a warm Saturday, May 6.

Van Wert won the girls team crown, and Kenton captured the boys team title.

The Pirate girls finished a strong fourth, while the Bluffton boys came in a solid fifth.

Senior Brianna Taber won the pole vault to post the top Pirate individual finish.

The Pirate 4x800 relay girls foursome won as well.

Wyatt Lovell took second in the high jump. The Bluffton boys quartet also captured first in the 4x200 relay race.
