Pirate tennis win vs. Kenton

The Bluffton High School boys tennis team defeated Kenton 3-2 Tuesday evening, May 9.
The Pirates captured all three singles matches to improve their record to 6-10 this season. The Wildcats fell to 3-12 after the loss.
Bluffton freshman Grady Coonfare won 6-2, 6-0 at first singles.
Pirate freshman Isaiah Kohli took a tough battle in a third-set tiebreaker 6-3, 5-7, 10-9.
Freshman Nick Lovett triumphed 7-6, 4-6, 7-5 at third singles to complete the singles sweep.
Senior Braeden Ackerman and sophomore Branson Hilty lost 6-4, 6-1 at first doubles.
At third singles, Pirate junior Wade Ginther rolled Malachi Ley 6-0, 6-0.
Pirate freshman Hudson Phillips and junior Ayden Diller fell at second doubles 6-1, 6-0.
