Last call for full sun plots in Community Garden
Gardeners of the Bluffton Pandora Area & Monarch Waystation #20217 have announced a "Last Call" to find folks interested in a full sun plot at the Community Garden, 9900 block of S. Main St. On May 17 there was one large 20'x60' plot left, and six 4'x8' Discovery plots left.
Organizers note:
If you are limited on time, or haven't gardened before, the Discovery Plots are a great spot to use. We teach the "Square Foot Gardening" method for the Discovery Plots, to which allows folks to maximize their growing area, since no walking aisles, or lane spacing is needed. But needless to say, the gardener picks their own method and crops, whether veggies, herbs or flowers.
Please spread the word about these remaining plots. After Sunday, May 21 we'll be opening these plots up to our current gardeners who want extra plots.
