Yochum Named VP/Head of Operations at CNB
Citizens National Bank (CNB) has named Amy Yochum as VP/Head of Operations. She replaces Janet Dukes who recently retired after 47 years with CNB. In this role, Amy is part of the bank’s strategic team and assists with establishing long-range goals while also overseeing the operational business units. Eric Faulkner, CNB President states, “Amy’s career path at CNB has been a natural progression into this leadership role. She understands the bank’s goals and I look forward to seeing her taking on this new challenge.”
Amy has dedicated 21 years to CNB--beginning as a teller, later moving into the CSR role and most recently as the Director of Treasury Management. “This position allows me to contribute to CNB’s strong commitment of community banking while also identifying opportunities for growth & improved efficiencies.”
Amy was a previous member of the LACNIP Finance Committee, Treasurer of LACNIP, 2008 graduate of Allen Lima Leadership and a 2021 graduate of Ohio Bankers League Bank Management School. She resides outside of Lima with her husband, Rob. They have three children: Austin, Rachel and Addison. She’s excited to expand her career and looks forward to contributing to the continued growth and success of CNB.
