Winter Wellness Club: Jogging with Johnny
On Monday, Dec. 4 at 5:00 p.m., the Johnny Appleseed Metropolitan Park District will offer a Winter Wellness Club: Jogging With Johnny at Ottawa Metro Park-Wyandot Shelter Parking Area, 2632 Ada Rd., Lima.
Make your fitness a priority this winter with a Johnny Appleseed accountabili-buddy! Join Naturalist Lindsey for a warm-up around Evans Arboretum. All ages and abilities are welcome in their fitness journey, whether you consider yourself a seed, sapling, or cider! Choose a pace that is comfortable for you.
