The final Advent Service at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 301 North Main Street, Jenera, will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 20.  The theme is "Christmas Blessings: Truth-based Peace."

The scripture readings are 2 Timothy 4:1-5, and Matthew 1:18-25, The sermon: is based on Micah 5:2-5a. The hymns are "O Savior, Rend the Heavens Wide; O Jesus Christ, Your Manger Is and Now the Light Has Gone Away."
