Fruit tree pruning with Jerry Suter on February 25
Do your have a fruit tree but aren't sure how to prune it properly? The Gardeners of the Bluffton/Pandora Area (GBPA) are hosting a hands-on program on fruit tree pruning at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 25.
Jerry Suter from Suter Produce, will be showing the proper tools, as well as where to cut and at what angle in a demonstration with the apple tree at the Bluffton Community Garden, 9900 block of S. Main St..
Organizers note that you can bring your tools with you and make some test cuts.
This program is outside at the Buffton Community Garden at the apple
tree by the shed. Please bring a chair and dress appropriately.
The Bluffton Community Garden is located behind houses on the 9900 block of S. Main St. The entrance is by the Welcome to Bluffton sign.
This event is free and opn to the public.
