A flood warning has been issued for Allen County and this afternoon College Ave. has been closed at Riley Creek. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
