Andrew D. Sommers worked for East of Chicago Pizza
Andrew D. Sommers, 38, passed away May 24, 2024 at his residence. Andrew was born November 8, 1985 in Cincinnati to William and Diana (Shea) Sommers.
Andrew was a 2004 graduate of Bluffton High School and was a manager at East of Chicago Pizza in Bluffton. He was an avid Cincinnati Reds and Ohio State Buckeye fan and loved video gaming.
Survivors include his father, William (Tammy Judy) Sommers of Bluffton; two daughters, Kalyssa and Kaydance Sommers both of Wapakoneta; two brothers, Eric (Amanda) Sommers of Decatur, Indiana, Ryan Sommers of Cincinnati, his paternal grandfather, Dean Sommers of Bluffton; maternal grandmother, Rosemary McAdams of Cincinnati and five nieces and one nephew.
Andrew was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Childress and his paternal grandmother, Darlyn Rae Sommers.
The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to St. Rita's Hospice for their care and expertise provided to Andrew.
Private graveside services will be held in Ebenezer Mennonite Cemetery, Bluffton.
