Injury prevention at Bluffton Family Y
As part of their new injury prevention program, the Bluffton Family YMCA will be providing a free injury assessment from 1-3 p.m. on June 5. To register, call (419) 358-4150.
While the main goal is ACL prevention, the assessment will include hips, back, and shoulders.
If interested, a 6-week individualized injury prevention program can be provided for $50 following the assessment. The program will focus on weakened areas identified during the assessment.
After 6 weeks, another assessment will be completed.
