Friends of the LSO "Flock a Friend" fundraiser
The Friends of the Symphony are holding a fundraiser this summer in support of the Lima Symphony Orchestra. This lighthearted fundraiser, affectionately known as “Flock a Friend,” is a way for symphony supporters--including those who live in Ada--to offer their donations to the symphony in a fun, lighthearted way.
Simply order a surprise “flock” of flamingos for a friend or loved one, and the Friends of the Symphony will bring a flock directly to their lawn! You may also purchase “flock insurance” to keep your own lawn safe from the flocks of flamingos migrating through Lima!
TO PARTICIPATE:
To flock your friends or protect your lawn from being flocked with flocking insurance, fill out the online form at https://www.limasymphony.com/flockafriend For questions, please contact Jean Zink at 419-303-9050.
Small Flock $40.00 for 15 flamingos
Medium Flock $50.00 for 30 flamingos
Large Flock $100.00 for 45 flamingos
Flock Insurance $75.00
The Friends of the Symphony enthusiastically support the Lima Symphony Orchestra every year through their social events, fundraising, and Young Artists’ Competition. Their creativity, passion and commitment have driven them to great success in not only financially assisting the symphony, but also enhancing its cultural offerings. All proceeds go directly to benefit the Lima Symphony Orchestra.
