Obituary for Karen S. Warnecke
Karen S. Warnecke, 61, passed away July 10, 2024, at her residence.
Karen was born April 20, 1963 in Hicksville, Ohio to Lowell "Thomas" and Carol (Kleman) Zeller who preceded her in death. On July 17, 1981 she married Roy Warnecke who survives.
Karen was a graduate of Kalida High School. She was a member of St. John's Bible Church of Pandora and was a member of Reaching Women. She enjoyed playing guitar, sewing, traveling, baking and gardening. Above all she loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Roy Warnecke of Pandora; three children, Jeremy Warnecke of Gilboa, Jason (Kaylee) Warnecke of Ft. Jennings, and Jessica (Ben) Doty of Pandora; 6 grandchildren, Colton, Jenna, Mackenzie, Rayne, Brycin, and Westin; and two siblings, Kaylene (Randy) Blank and Greg (Jill) Zeller.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Services will be held Monday, July 15, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John's Bible Church of Pandora with Pastor Paul Perkins to officiate the service. Burial will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be Sunday, July 14, 2024, 2:00-7:00 p.m. at the church and Monday, July 15, 2024, 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Bible Church of Pandora or Interim Hospice.
