Citizens National Bank (CNB) has promoted Katie Cheeseman to Senior Vice President Human Resources.

In this position Cheeseman develops policies and directs and coordinates HR activities, such as talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, benefits, employee relations, training and development, and compensation.

Cheeseman joined CNB in February of 2022 as the Director of Human Resources. Previously she was a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Purdue University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Gerontology from Bowling Green State University (BGSU). She is a member of SHRM (The Society for Human Resources Management) and the Findlay Area Human Resource Association.
