August 2024 Bluffton Lions report
The month of September will be a busy one for the Bluffton Lions. Their August newsletter lists the following activities:
September 3 - Club meeting at Town Hall, 6:30 p.m.
September 3 -County Line Pathway Dedication, 4:00 p.m. at Bluffton Child Development Center. Public invited.
September 5 - 7: USA/Canada forum in Louisville, KY.
September 9-19 - Eye screening for children at local schools and daycares. Contact Lion Barbara Plaugher to assist with this program.
September 17 - Club meeting at Town Hall at noon. Speaker will be Laura Dagani, Certified Nurse Practitioner from Blanchard Valley Health System talking on Diabetes. Public invited.
September 17 : 103 Pathway Dedication at 3:00 p.m. Meet by Wendy’s. Public invited..
September - Pathway count. Contact Lion Dick McGarrity to help with this project.
September 25 - Zone meeting at Ada Lions 6:30 p.m. Contact Lion Barbara Plaugher for reservations.
September 26 - Regional meeting at North Baltimore 6:30 p.m. Contact Lion Barbara Plaugher for reservations.
September 28- Roadside clean-up. Contact Lion Andrew Rager to help.
October 3 - Community Meal at Bluffton Senior Center. Contact Lion John Rich to help.
