Preliminary agenda for October 14 Bluffton Council Meeting
Second reading of ordinance to prohibit roosters is scheduled
The Village of Bluffton Council will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 14 on the third floor of Bluffton Town Hall with the attached preliminary agenda.
In addition to committee reports, the meeting with include the following three items of legislation:
The 2nd reading of an ordinance to make changes to Chapter 90 [Animals], Section 01, Part D [prohibited animals], Number 1 of the codified ordinances of the Village of Bluffton. (See ordinance HERE.)
The 1st reading of an ordinance change the zoning classification for certain property located on Sunset Drive. (See page 7 of the attached packet.)
The third reading of a resolution to accept revised versions of sections 3.14 and 5.02 of the Village personnel policy and procedure manual. (Regarding accrued sick leave at retirement; see pages 9-10.)
