Dustin Ray Bolen arrested and charged with murder

On 11/07/2024 the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Dustin Ray Bolen on indictment in connection to the investigation of a missing McGuffey man, Michael Bolen. Dustin Ray Bolen has been charged with the following: Murder, tampering with evidence, Gross Abuse of a Corpse, having weapons under disability, trafficking in fentanyl, theft from a person in a protected class, and posessing criminal tools. Dustin Ray Bolen is currently being housed at the Multi County Correctional Facility awaiting arraignment on the listed charges.
The Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the Hardin County Prosecutor’s Office for assistance with this investigation. The in-depth investigation is ongoing. No other information will be released at this time.
