Kearsten Oleson promoted by CNB as AVP Retail Servicing Manager
April 24 media release__Citizens National Bank (CNB) is pleased to announce the promotion of Kearsten Oleson to AVP Retail Servicing Manager. In this position, she will oversee the escrow and servicing departments and is responsible for ensuring mortgages, home equity lines of credit, and personal loans are completed correctly and on time.
Kearsten started at CNB as a full-time Customer Service Representative in 2014 and transitioned to the mortgage department as a loan assistant, then a mortgage processor, underwriter, and loan servicer before arriving at the Retail Servicing Manager Position. “I have gained a lot of knowledge over the years by working in almost every department, and now I am very excited to take on the challenge of my new position,” states Kearsten.
Alan Garmatter, Chief Credit Officer, states, “Kearsten has shown great skill in her previous positions, and I believe she’ll help us achieve continued success for years to come.”
Kearsten holds an associate’s degree in applied science. She and her husband have three children and one grandchild. She loves to fish, snorkel, watch movies and be outdoors near any body of water, but the most important thing to her is spending time with family.
