Pirate volleyball sweeps Toledo Bowsher

BLUFFTON__The Bluffton High School volleyball team swept visiting Toledo Bowsher in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 16.
The Pirate girls cruised to a 25-6, 25-5, 25-13 victory.
Bluffton improved to 10-4 overall with their ninth win in the last 10 matches.
Kendall Stackhouse led the victors in kills with 15. Karlie Lora knocked down 12 kills.
Adelyn Althaus doled out 18 helpers, while Camryn Fruchey passed out 15 assists.
Gracie Warren, Ashley McLaughlin and Fruchey came up with five digs apiece.
Warren fired four aces, while Taylin Goldman served up three aces.
The Bluffton junior varsity triumphed, 2-0. The Pirate freshman squad also won, 2-0.
The Pirates (2-0 NWC) play at league rival Lima Central Catholic (5-3, 1-0 NWC) on Thursday evening, and host non-league foe Carey on Saturday.
