Elder financial abuse prevention event, Oct. 2
RSVP by September 29
SEPT 23 MEDIA RELEASE__Each year, millions of older adults lose their savings and security to scams, dishonest caregivers, or even trusted friends and family members. Unfortunately, many cases go unreported until it’s too late. Our aim is to help bring awareness to this often lesser-reported category of financial fraud.
Citizens National Bank (CNB) is partnering with Allen County Crime Victim Services (ACCVS) on October 2, 2025, to present a free seminar about elder financial abuse prevention. Speakers will include Bob Fisher, Adult Protective Services & Jennifer Halcomb, VP Risk Manager, Citizens National Bank.
Thursday, October 2, 5:30-7:00 p.m.
Mercy Health Education Center, 751 W. Market St. Lima
Light Meal Provided
For those wishing to attend, RSVPs can be made online HERE, or by calling Wes Colby at 419-358-8040 ext. 406. Reservations can be made until September 29, 2025.
