Sue Ellen Sandy worked at International Brake
Sue Ellen Sandy, 68, passed away on November 15, 2025, at Vancrest of Delphos. Sue was born on March 18, 1957, in Lima. Her parents, Lloyd and Mary (Mayor) Klett, preceded her in death.
Sue worked at International Brake in Lima. Although not a member, she would faithfully watch Lima Baptist Temple's services every Sunday. After retirement, her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and watching football, especially the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Survivors include four children, Donald Sandy III of Lima, Michael Sandy of Columbus, Ohio, Stephanie Sandy of Delphos, Alicia Sandy of Lima,; seven grandchildren, Austin (Bre), Matthew, Bradley, Sawyer, Alexis, AnnJalene “May” (Lilia) and Serena; three great-grandchildren, Jordin, Hazel and Silas; three brothers, three brothers, Randy (Jane) Klett, Lloyd (Brenda) Klett Jr., and Johnny Klett all of Lima and several nieces and nephews.
Sue was also preceded in death by a brother, Tony Klett and three sisters, Kathyrn "Kathy" Neff, Tina Marie Swope and Leah F. Phipps.
Sue’s services will begin at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, November 20, 2025, at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Bluffton, with Pastor Thomas Snyder officiating. Burial will be in Cannonsburg Cemetery following the service. Visitation will be on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The family asks that you wear Ohio State colors and blue jeans to the service.
