If you want a copy of the Trip Policy, stop by the office and pick one up. We will no longer be able to take credit cards for any trip because of the rising credit card fees. This means that we will no longer be able to take reservations over the phone. All trips must be signed up in person or a check may be sent in the mail.
TRIP ACTIVITY LEVELS
The following is an explanation of the levels assigned to the trips.
LEVEL 1 Minimal walking through parking lots and drop off locations. Standing while waiting in line and for entrance to tours. Will include steps and uneven surfaces throughout the day and steps in and out of motor coach.
LEVEL 2 Moderate walking/standing, up to half a mile, may include stairs and /or uneven terrain. Plus, on and off motor coach more than once.
LEVEL 3 Lots of walking/standing for multiple hours. May include flights of stairs and/or uneven terrain. Could include long days.
LEVEL 4 Extensive walking/standing, climbing stairs or hilly walkways and/or extended weather exposure.
To ensure fair seating for everyone on our trips, we use the “first come, first serve” basis when it comes to seats on the coach. We don’t want to assign seats because some people like to stretch out in the back and some people need to be able to see out the front because of motion sickness. There are also people with mobility issues that make it hard for them to walk to the back of the coach. Debbie and Tonya cannot save seats out of fairness for everyone and we ask that you do not either. Please do not save seats for others. They can come earlier if they want a specific seat. From now on, unattended bags left on seats will be moved to the overhead to make room for oncoming travelers. “Please be mindful of your fellow travelers and help us make this a smooth and comfortable trip for everyone.” Debbie
