The Independent Community Bankers Association® (ICBA) has announced that Citizens National Bank President/CEO Eric Faulkner will once again be serving on the Bank Innovation & Solutions Committee. As the nation’s voice for community banks, ICBA’s sole focus is ensuring community banks and the customers they serve continue to flourish. By participating in one of its leadership committees, Faulkner ensures CNB has a voice at the national level.

The Bluffton Ohio Historical Society is inviting friends of Bluffton history to attend its monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9 at the Bluffton Sportsmen's Club, 405 N Spring St.

Secretary Scott Little notes, "As usual, there will be lots to discuss. We’ll have committee reports (Building, History Day, Finance, Acquisitions, Depot Rentals, Membership, Grant Writing, Budgeting and Communications). Also, be thinking about what name we want to call the Depot/Train Station.  Do we want a more official name?

BLUFFTON – The Bluffton High School baseball team lost 11-2 to visiting Parkway in a non-league game Friday evening, April 4. 

Bluffton fell to 2-2 overall with the defeat. The Panthers improved to 2-1 with the win.

Sophomore outfielder Blayne Hill led the Pirate offense with two singles, a run scored and a double. Senior Luke Jebsen contributed two singles. Junior Robby Taylor added a single and scored a run. Jake Weaver had one RBI.

Hill and Taylor each stole a base.

"Overture, curtains, lights, this is it, the night of nights... " Bluffton is spring theatrical mode with Popcorn Falls performances at Bluffton University on April 4-5-6 and Bringing Down the House performances by the Bluffton High School Drama Club on 11-12-13. On with the shows!
