Pirate girls basketball win at Pandora-Gilboa

PANDORA__The Bluffton High School girls basketball team went on the road and defeated local non-league rival Pandora-Gilboa 58-43 on Saturday, January 3.
The Pirate girls improved to 7-5 overall after the road rivalry victory.
Pandora-Gilboa fell to 5-5 with the defeat.
Bluffton utilized a balanced offensive attack to win the contest.
Sophomore guard Maelee Miller topped the Pirate girls with 12 points. Junior Greta Myers netted 11 markers. Junior Gracie Warren and senior Macy Schaadt netted nine points apiece.
Pirate senior Blair Utendorf netted seven markers, and sophomore Lauren Dearth added six points.
Kelsie Carlson led P-G with 21 points and six rebounds. Rocket Savannah Knueven netted 13 markers and pulled down seven rebounds to go with four steals. Ava Huffman contributed nine points, four rebounds and three assists.
Bluffton visits tough WBL foe Shawnee (7-2) on Tuesday, January 6.
