Beaverdam 4-H report for July 6

The Beaveram Bunch 4H club met on Monday, July 6, 2026. Below are some notes from the meeting.
- We will vote next meeting about spending money for the booth.
- We will do a soccer-themed basket for the silent auction.
- You can pick up your photo IDs Monday-Friday, July 20-August 20, from 9 a.m - 4 p.m. And Saturday, August 9, from 8:30 a.m - 12 Noon at the administration office. Those with last names starting with I-Q need a new ID photo. Check page 3 of your Jr. Fairbook for more information.
- Get your fair premiums by August 29 at 6 p.m.
- Special Interest Project Judging is July 20 from 1-6. Next week we will discuss judging more. Make-up judging and woodworking judging are August 18.
- Guard duty is only for kids with projects in the booth. You will be getting an email about guard duty. If you can't do guard duty at the assigned time, please contact your guard duty advisor.
- Project drop-off for special interest projects for the booth will be at Jan Althaus’ house. You will be getting an email later giving you the dates & times..
- Make sure to double-check your Junior Fair entries. Make sure to have an entry for all your projects. Changes and additions after July 10 will result in a fine or a B grade.
- “Stock the Trailer” is collecting canned goods for the West Ohio Food Bank during judgings & at the fair. Whichever department has the most canned goods will win a pizza party.
- Demonstrations were given by Lucas Gesler and Peyton Camper.
The next meeting will be held on July 13 at 7 p.m.
