Vaccination clinics in Lima, Aug 3, 5 and 6 by appointment
MEDIA RELEASE__As the new school year approaches, Allen County Public Health (ACPH) is committed to ensuring every student in our community starts the year healthy and protected.
ACPH will be hosting back-to-school vaccination clinics on Monday, August 3, Wednesday August 5 and Thursday August 6 by appointment only.
These clinics are for school aged children and teens.
Clinics will be held at 219 East Market Street, Lima, Ohio. Appointments can be scheduled by calling Allen County Public Health at 419-228-4457 and selecting option 8 or by scheduling an appointment at www.allencountypublichealth.org.
Individuals who wear their favorite sport or school apparel to the clinic will be entered into a drawing for a $20 gift card.
