The Village of Bluffton Council has announced the following public meetings in November 2024:

Joint Ordinance Committee, Planning Commission, and Board of Zoning & Building Appeals - Monday, November 4 at 7:00 p.m.

Parks & Recreation Committee - Wednesday, November 6 at noon.

Joint Finance & Utilities Commitees - Friday, November 8 at noon.

Finance Committee - Friday, November 8 at 12:30 p.m.

Council Meeting - Tuesday, November 12 at 7:00 p.m.

Tree Commission - Wednesday, November 13 at 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, November 9 at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 10 at 2:00  p.m. Doors open one hour in advance.

The Bluffton High School Drama Club is presenting two performances of the variety show A Few of Papa's Favorite Scenes on November 9 and 10. The show is directed by Kevin Gratz. See cast list below.

General admission tickets will be available at the door, Adults $3.00. Students $1.00. ▶︎

The Village of Bluffton has taken to the streets with its new leaf pickup machine. You may now put your leaves to the curb. Village administrator Jesse Blackburn notes that information on pickup areas and dates will be forthcoming.

ADA – On November 7, the Ohio State Highway Patrol will host regional testing for prospective applicants on the campus of Ohio Northern University at the King-Horn  Convocation Physical Education Center, located at 609 W. Lincoln Ave. in Ada.  

Those interested in employment with the Patrol can come to the King-Horn Convocation Physical Education Center at 9 a.m., where they will have the ability to talk with  troopers about a career of service in our communities and on Ohio roadways. 

5:30-7:30 p.m. on October 31, 301 N. Main, Jenera

An evening of family fun is planned for October 31 in the parking lot and school of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jenera. 

Trunk or Treat is for all ages. Hayrides are available from 5:30-6:30 p.m.. Food will be available for purchase. 

Cars with their trunks open and decorated will be lined up in the parking lot with the owners handing out treats. Indoor activities in the school gym include pumpkin decorating, games, cookie decorating, crafts and sensory bins.
