The 2023-24 All-Northwest Conference boys basketball teams were voted on by the league coaches and released by the league office Sunday, February 25.
Second-place Bluffton placed one male on the first team, with two others making the second team.
Sharpshooting junior guard Marek Donaldson was named first team all-league.
Senior point guard Wade Ginther and junior wing Blake Sommers made the All-NWC second team.
The Pirates won 12 games in a row at one point, and finished the regular season 17-5 with a 6-2 league mark.
Crestview junior forward Wren Sheets was named NWC Player of the Year. Kevin Sensabaugh was named NWC Coach of the Year after leading the Bearcats to an 8-0 league mark and a second straight outright league title.
Gardeners of the Bluffton-Pandora Area hosted 32 people at Bluffton's Community Garden for a February 25 program about fruit tree pruning. Jerry Suter of Suter Produce provided hands-on expertise. The group also shared that an OSU webinar about pruning will be held on March 14 with signup HERE.
