The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce will welcome new member-investor Bluffton Lantern Nutrition with a ribbon cutting ceremony at noon on Saturday, July 24.
The new shop in Tommy's Plaza, 142 E Jefferson, serves "best tasting healthy smoothies and healthy fruity energy drinks." Owners Jennifer and Jeffrey Putman will also host a grand opening celebration with extended hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the day of the ribbon cutting.

The Vintage Chevrolet Club of America's Western Buckeye Region (WBR) just celebrated one year since its charter. We now have 34 members and are rapidly growing.
We would like to thank our customers, suppliers, and road crews for their dedication and support of our business while our main entrance has been shut down. We praise the Lord for the support from all.
The new alley is a blessing and will benefit our business for years to come.
The council packet for the July 12 meeting included an update from the Streets, Lights, Alleys, and Sidewalks Committee. The committee's report includes a report of discussion surrounding street parking, speed radar signs, crack sealing, and new street name signs.
The proposed new street name sign design is a white sign with black lettering. Additional information can be found in the council packet.
On the administrator's report is a thank-you to SumiRiko volunteers who prepared twenty planting spots for trees along W. Elm Street scheduled for planting this fall.
