Bluffton University

A funny thing happened on the way to Bluffton University’s fall 2022 Spiritual Life Week. 2010 alumnus Andrea Flack-Wetherald, a social worker turned improv performer turned best-selling author, served as the guest speaker as students explored Ephesians 4:29-32 and the theme “Let’s Talk… About Building Each Other Up.”

The Bluffton University Board of Trustees met in October for their annual fall meeting. The board welcomed a returning member, toured the Knowlton Science Center construction site and approved new endowments.

The 2022 music season at Bluffton University will culminate with the 128th performance of Handel's "Messiah" at 4:00 p.m. on December 11.

Under the direction of Dr. Bo Young Kang, director of choral activities, this performance will feature orchestra and soloists. Tickets are required but free of charge. A free-will offering will be accepted.

Bluffton Elementary School students have been provided with a flyer allowing them free admission to the Bluffton University football game on Saturday, November 5, so that they may form a tunnel for players as they enter the field against Anderson University.

Many of the university football players have been regular participants in High Five Fridays, welcoming students to school in the morning.
