Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce and Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs will host a business roundtable involving Allen and Hancock County commissioners and economic development directors of the two counties.
The roundtable, set for 8:45 a.m., Friday, Nov. 14, follows the monthly Bluffton chamber breakfast held from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. also in the town hall.
Both events are open to the public and take place in the third floor of the Bluffton town hall, 154 N. Main St., Bluffton.
Grover Rutter of Grover Rutter Mergers, Acquisitions and Valuations, Findlay, is a speaker at FabTech, Nov. 11-13, in Atlanta, Ga. It is North America's Largest metal forming, fabricating, welding and finishing event.
His presentation is "Baby Boomers: Uncover the secrets to increasing the value of your business before it's time to exit.”
The Dough Hook, 117 N. Main St., Bluffton, has your Thanksgiving planned. Icon viewers may now order fresh, never frozen turkeys. The order deadline is Saturday, Nov. 15, according to Marlena Ballinger, of the downtown business.
The turkeys are gourmet, Ohio raised, fresh, free-range, antibiotic free, all vegetibale feed and ready to cook.
Northwest Physical Therapy held its Fifth Annual Poker Run 5k October 25th at its Ottawa office, raising $2,800 to benefit the Parkinson Foundation of Northwest Ohio. Runners and walkers enjoyed door prizes, refreshments and a Halloween costume contest after the race.
