GROB is searching for its next class of apprentices. The application deadline for the 2021 class is Wednesday, March 31.
The apprenticeship program at GROB Systems has been in place at the Bluffton production plant for 30 years. The goal of the program is to build the company’s future workforce with employees who are trained in a highly technical way that matches the growing needs of their customers and products.
To date, GROB Bluffton has hired and trained over 375 apprentices.
