MEDIA RELEASE__Bluffton Post 382 of the American Legion will host the Fred ARnold Memorial Charitable Golf Outing on Saturday, June 13.

The event takes place at Bluffton Golf Club. All proceeds fund local charities.

The Village of Bluffton Tree Commission will be hosting an Arbor Day tree planting on Saturday afternoon, April 25 at Shannon Cemetery on Jefferson near Vance St.  

The event will begin at 1:00 p.m.

Head downtown to meet the artists, shop local, listen to live music by Wendy Chappell-Dick at the Gazebo from 5-6 p.m., and support Bluffton Community Preschool at Lola’s Mini Pancakes food truck, from 12-5:30 p.m. Visit the chamber Facebook page for more updates.

Meet at the old KFC/LiCo parking lot at 9:00 a.m.

Please wear bright clothing! Please bring gloves.

Trash bags will be provided.

FROM THE BEAVER ECHO__The 2026 Beaverdam School Reunion will be ehld on Saturday, May 2 at the Swiss Heritage Center at Schumacher Homestead, 8350 Bixel Rd., Bluffton.

The event will begin with an optional tour of the Schumacher farmhouse from 3:30-5:00 p.m. Heritage Center doors will open at 4:30 p.m.

Reservations are due by April 20. Send $25/person or donations to Jackie Hughes, 8054 Township Rd. 89, Findlay, OH 45840. 

There will be door prizes and 50/50 tickets sold at the event.
