United Way of Greater Lima is holding an online auction to raise funds for the 2023 Campaign. On-line bidding ends on Monday, November 20th at 10:00 p.m.

The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce will host its monthly breakfast meeting on Friday, November 10. The meeting will be held on the third floor of Bluffton Town Hall, 154 N. Main St.

Diamond Manufacturing is the meeting sponsor and Twisted Whisk Cafe will be providing the breakfast, which is served at 7:00 a.m.

The program on Bluffton Safety Services begins at 7:30 a.m. Jan Basinger, EMS Chief, Jon Kinn, Fire Chief, and Ryan Burkholder, Police Chief, will speak about workplace safety and other topics.

FOOTBALL PLAYOFF NOTE: The Friday, November 17 performance depends on the results of the Friday, November 10 BHS football game. It will be cancelled if Bluffton advances to regional finals.

The November meeting of the Gardeners of the Bluffton-Pandora Area will take place at 6:00 p.m. on November 7 at the Bluffton Public Library, 145 S. Main., Bluffton. 

The topic is "Fall & Winter Gardening Variety Pack." Learn which perennial plants can still be split, how to plant spring bulbs like tulips, daffodils, iris, and which plants you can start in the middle of winter from hardwood cuttings and using milk jugs to start perennial seeds in the snow.

Get ready to kick off the holiday season in style with Bluffton's first annual Jingle Bell Stroll. On November 16 from noon-8:00 p.m., 18 Bluffton businesses will spread cheer and celebrate the spirit of giving.

The November meeting of the Bluffton Ohio Historical Society will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 8 at Bluffton Town Hall, 3rd Floor.

Several items will be discussed including a logo for the Society, accepting artifacts and their condition and relevancy, and beginning discussions on a fundraising campaign. (Continues)
