December is full of events at Mennonite Memorial Home. Here are some of those activities:

Mennonite Memorial Home December worship services set

Worship services are set for December at Mennonite Memorial Home. Here's the schedule:

Sunday - 9:30 a.m. in the chapel

Dec. 1 - Bill Herr, chaplain

Dec. 15 - Richard Bucher
Dec. 22 - Wally Geiger
Dec. 29 - Bill Herr, chaplain

Tuesday - 6:30 p.m. in the chapel

Dec. 10 - Jack Duffy, First Baptist, Ada

Hey, seniors! BFR's Silver Sneakers Fitness Program is just for you

BFR Director, Carole Enneking, reminds community members that the BFR Sports and Fitness is a partner in the Silver Sneakers Fitness Program. 

Silver Sneakers is a network of fitness facilities across the United States that offer free memberships to senior adults who have qualifying insurance plans. Currently, BFR has 145 Silver Sneakers members using its facility.

The Inn at ONU taking reservations for six December holiday luncheons

Reservations are now being accepted for any of The Inn at ONU's, Ada, six December holiday luncheons.

Dining hours are 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Persons may choose a date, select an entree for each guest (groups of 2 to 8) and make a reservation by calling 419-772-2500.
Each entrée is $11.95 per person and includes entrée, non-alcoholic beverage, and holiday dessert. (Tax and gratuity are additional.)

Financial aid night at Bluffton High School Dec. 18

The Guidance Department at Bluffton High School is sponsoring a financial aid meeting for parents of juniors and seniors who are planning to continue their education beyond high school.  

The meeting will be held at the high school library on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 7 p.m. Lawrence Matthews, Director of Financial Aid at Bluffton University, will be the presenter for the  
evening.  He will discuss financial aid and filing the FAFSA form.
