Tim Mattis, Findlay City Schools director of bands, and Bluffton College 1984 grad, just happened to be at Walt Disney World last week, and along comes the Bluffton High School marching band. Tim says: "I am working an event at Walt Disney World and on my afternoon off I was thrilled to see the Pirate marching band in performance. What a thrill to hear thousands of people cheering for them. Congratulations to all for representing your school, community, and state so wonderfully."

As a parent, one of your top concerns is making sure your child is healthy and safe. That's why it's important to take the time to learn about croup and how it can affect your child.
Croup is marked by a "barking" cough in children up to age 5. Most children recover from this viral illness within a week or so, but serious cases can cause severe symptoms like trouble breathing. Call your child's health care provider if you are concerned about any symptoms you're seeing.

March is National Nutrition Month and this year’s theme is “Eat Right, Bite by Bite.” Sometimes it can be overwhelming with what to do first when you want to change your eating habits.
Simply start by trying to eat more variety. You can focus on one food group at a time. For example, think about some different vegetables or fruits you’ve never tried before.
