The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce will host its monthly member meeting on Friday, January 14 on the third floor of the Town Hall, 154 N. Main. Ohio Means Jobs is the breakfast sponsor and will give a presentation.

The Bluffton University women's basketball team shook off the rust and parlayed a 20-4 first quarter into a convincing 62-50 victory at Earlham College on Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2022. Bluffton improved to 8-5 overall and 3-3 in the Heartland Conference, while the Quakers remain winless at 0-11 and 0-4 in the HCAC.
On January 12, 2022, newly elected school board members (left-right) Roni Kaufman, Brad Dailey and Wes Klinger were sworn in by treasurer Paula Parish. Kaufman is new to the school board; Dailey and Klinger were re-elected to the five member panel.

Many may be familiar with Dolly Parton’s Silver and Gold released in 1991 with the lyric “And time can’t be brought back with silver and gold.” This line is particularly poetic during the pandemic.
